In Her Own Words

“I voted to pass the Women's Health Protection Act through the House in September which would codify the constitutional right to an abortion. Reproductive rights are at the heart of gender equality. The people most often blocking access to reproductive rights are cisgender men in positions of power, and the people hurt most by abortion restrictions are those who already face barriers accessing health care --particularly Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), women, and low-wage workers. Reproductive rights shouldn't be up for debate." 1

“"In the face of terrorist attacks against its citizens, Israel has a right to defend itself and we must continue to strengthen the Iron Dome system. By housing military operations among civilians, Hamas is demonstrating its disregard for the safety of people living in Gaza." 2
