Federal law requires political committees to report name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual who contributes in a calendar year. According to law, JACPAC cannot accept corporate contributions. Membership, gifts, or other payments to JACPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Maximum contribution per person per year to JACPAC is $5,000.
(Contributions over $5,000 will go to Joint Action Committee (JAC), a 501c4. Registration, gifts or other payments to JAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.)
