RACE SUMMARY:  Defeated incumbent GOP Rep. Bruce Poliquin via the new ranked-choice voting system in Maine. Rep. Poliquin sued to have the decision overturned and wa rejected. Golden is the first candidate to unseat an incumbent in the district since 1016.
