Conservatives are pushing a record number of laws to delay women from having an abortion.

For women seeking an abortion, 2015 is shaping up to be the year of the long wait.

Since the beginning of the year, six states have proposed or passed laws that would require a woman to wait days before she has an abortion—laws that critics say place an especially harsh burden on poor and rural women.

On Tuesday, Indiana Governor Mike Pence held a press conference defending the aims of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of Indiana, a controversial measure the legislature passed and he signed into law last week.

Those, at least, are facts that everybody can agree on. Just about everything else in the discussion surrounding the law seems to be up for debate.

The U.S., the United Kingdon, France, Germany, China, Russia, and the Islamic Republic of Iran have announced a preliminary framework regarding Iran's nuclear program. We hip that this will lead to greater security for Israel and her neighbors in the Middle East.

What You Need To Know About Indiana’s New “Religious Freedom” Law

Indiana Governor Mike Pence (R) signed a law last Thursday that further enables discrimination against gay and lesbian people in the state. The so-called “Religious Freedom Restoration Act,” or RFRA, uses the guise of protecting religious liberty to enable private citizens and organizations to deny services to others if they claim that their religious views are “substantially burdened.”
